Today, more than ever, we need to know how to manage emotions in ourselves, others, and among groups so that we can successfully resolve conflicts. Conflicts hurt and damage relationships. They keep us from being at our best.
We understand how discouraging it is to be stuck in a perpetual pattern of conflict. That’s why we are providing this experiential workshop to effectively understand emotions as the underlying force in conflicts, build the vocabulary for expressing emotions, and introduce you to the process of using emotions to resolve conflicts.
