Our approach through Emotional Connection (EmC) is a 3-stage delineated process to transform a negative cycle of interaction into a positive one. In Stage 1, we focus on creating emotional safety to address the disconnect that is occurring and identifying the steps of the negative cycle. In Stage 2, we transform the negative cycle into one of greater accessibility, responsiveness, and engagement. In Stage 3, we integrate the new positive cycle through bonding moments that reconnect people and fuel their creative energy.
EmC is used with varied challenges that companies face: diversity, inclusion, leadership conflict, creating a culture of care, transition, engagement, turnover, motivation, and others. When people are emotionally connected, they are much more productive, engaged and enthusiastic about working and addressing challenges together.
EmC is universal. We are wired for connection and belonging.
EmC addresses core emotions, which drive interactions.
EmC resolves disconnects and gets people back on track.
EmC cultures experience continuous growth and development.
EmC is collaborative, experiential, and highly productive.
This program teaches the HOW TO of emotional intelligence. The ROI of this training for employers is to reach higher levels of engagement and performance as employees experience a stronger connection within themselves and the organization.

Engaged people are an organization’s most valuable asset. Salaries, benefits, and other employee-related costs are a great challenge. In addition, conflict, absenteeism, work injuries, legal matters, and regulations have the potential to compound risk.
The EmC process mitigates these risks and builds healthy relationships that sustain a positive culture and result in a greater return on investment.
